Join me as I chat to Lisa Williams whose experience of life in lockdown has been extremely positive. Having to take maternity leave early, due to the pandemic, and having far too much time on her hands, Lisa became a Vision Board Coach. She also gave birth to her gorgeous daughter, Talia, during lockdown and featured in The Suns' Newspaper Magazine, Fabulous with her positive story.
